Decoder ring: narrowing of the qb gap 2021 edition

When you jump out to too much of a lead whilst playing NBA Jam, you can expect the computer-assist to kick-in and tighten the score enough to keep you interested. 

There was always going to be a narrowing of the gap between Trevor Lawrence and QB2 during the dull days of late February  and late April.

We’ve been reminded that this Thor clone is the next super hero for so long that his hammer is now being used against him. 

This was bound to happen — not because of him — but because of us. 

Inevitably, inevitability has given way to human nature.

-Boredom — an uncontrollable urge to shake the proverbial box — especially during these monotonous times.

-Contrarianism — you may have noticed you get attention these days by being provocative.

Roller coasters are designed to accomplish a few things:

-End where they begin (Trevor in Jacksonville)

-Amuse the masses — even with twists and turns they know are coming.

-In some cases, ride may induce screaming, dry-heaving, and insatiable gluttony for punishment. Some may even turn green.
